Una tarde encantadora
Nuestra llegada coincidió con la fiesta de inauguración de la piscina. Antes de preguntar si podíamos comer algo, Mary, la amable dueña, nos invitó a su fiesta y a que nos diéramos un baño
Al final nos vimos entre un grupo de ingleses super amables, intentado que nos sintiéramos cómodos. Simplemente Mary celebraba la inauguración temporal de la piscina entre su grupo de amigos.
La experiencia nos encantó. Y seguro que volveremos
Gracias Mary por acogernos como lo haría nuestra propia familia.
No podemos comentar nada del hotel porque no pernoctamos allí.
El lugar es precioso, un respiro en mitad del camino

Estupendo hospedaje para quedarse. Mary y su marido crean un ambiente muy acogedor, super simpáticos, la comida genial! Nos hemos quedado en una habitación amplia, luminosa y muy calentitos con el suelo radiante! Sin duda un sitio que repetiremos!! ���
We were made very welcome on arrival, had a beautiful meal of home made lasagna (best ever) lovely evening with Mary , John and there guests. Being strongly advised to stay for the New Year, we decided to do just that. Boy did we do the right thing, we had a fantastic New Year and made some good friends. The location is out of this world for scenery, well worth the drive into the mountains. Hospitality second to none. We will be back. Kenny D.

Thought I would share this......Had a customer checked in a couple o' weeks ago..He was rude from the minute he arrived, clearly disliked foreigners...English this, English that amongst other disgusting words...I said I will give him his money back, which lead to more insults and complete vileness...
I think I held my cool pretty well, which I have to admit, was hard..
The company called me a few days later and said he had wrote the most horrible review and it was going to be hard for them to not publish it...So I said I am going fight this. I gave the idiot his money back and got massively verbally abused and to get a bad review as well, you must to be bloody joking...They said the client is always right, (what a load of bollards)..
Anyway I went directly to a person higher up in the company and explained my side of the situation....The woman was fully understandable and so helpful..... (Tatiana)
This Revolting Human Being's Review NEVER got published..I won my case..

Casa las Ladera a beautiful place to stay with fantastic views. Owners Mary and John are so welcoming , will do anything to make your stay pleasant restful and fun. 2 of the friendliest people with the biggest hearts. Can expect only good things when we visit next time . Nora and Justin
